A native of France, Gregory has lived and worked in the United States for nearly 25 years, bringing a global perspective and a builder’s mindset to every organization he creates. He holds graduate degrees in accounting and finance, international policy, and commercial diplomacy, and spent much of his early career working directly with founders, executives, and CEOs to challenge legacy thinking, scale operations, and execute change inside complex organizations.
That experience led Gregory to found Unicity Care Management—not as an extension of traditional senior services, but as a deliberate response to a fragmented and often opaque care ecosystem. Having seen firsthand how families struggle to navigate healthcare, aging, and long-term care decisions, he set out to build a company that puts structure, clarity, and accountability where confusion and inconsistency had long been the norm.

As founder and strategic lead, Gregory has personally shaped Unicity’s operating model, growth strategy, and service philosophy. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a local practice into a scalable care management organization, expanding its geographic footprint while maintaining disciplined oversight, independence from providers, and a clear mandate: advocate for families and deliver outcomes, not volume.
