Unicity Care Management was founded in 2010 by Gregory Brun, a successful entrepreneur. Unicity’s creation was driven by a desire to dramatically improve the quality of care and professionalism in the healthcare industry. After successfully acquiring substantial knowledge and experience while working in the most competitive environments at top-tier companies, Gregory launched Unicity Healthcare.

In 2018, Unicity hired Rita Grandelis, MSW, LCSW, CMC, CDP to develop the GCM business. Starting small, the organization has grown into a self-sustaining business unit and an integral part of Unicity Healthcare. After starting in northern New Jersey, Senior Advisors has branched out to serve many counties in New Jersey, parts of New York, and opened an office in Southeast Florida in October 2022.

In 2025, Unicity Senior Advisors rebranded to Unicity Care Management.
