Andre Marques is the Director of Finance and Administration at Unicity, where he oversees financial strategy, HR, systems/IT, compliance, and day-to-day operations. He joined Unicity in 2020 and plays a key role in aligning budgeting, internal processes, and administrative infrastructure with the organization’s long-term mission and client-centered goals.
In his role, Andre leads cross-functional initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency, support staff performance, and ensure the organization meets regulatory and compliance standards. His background in talent acquisition gives him a strong foundation in building teams, optimizing staffing, and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Andre earned his bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Syracuse University, with a concentration in international security and diplomacy. He later completed his MBA at Rutgers University, deepening his expertise in finance, management, and organizational leadership.
