Today is National Stress Awareness Day!
The past year has tested us in many ways- personally, professionally, emotionally and spiritually.
Yet, we are still here.
We learned a lot about ourselves; we learned what is truly important in our day-to-day lives and how to cope with different stressors as they came up.
